Poster made for the exhibition "Lokalt 2015",

where 28 different artists from Bergen, Norway, exhibit their work. The exhibition is located at the old prison in Bergen, and that was where I got the inspiration for this poster. I used typograhpy to create the shape of the prison window, and also choose a font that can be assosiated with the old metal grid of the prison windows. It was also important to present the names of the exhibitors equally. The illustration of a jailbird I used to seperate the artists, and also because it creates a break in the grid. The poster was was also used to promote the exhibition in the magazine "Billedkunst".
